Min-hyung Kang (she/her) is a curator and arts interpreter/translator working across English, Japanese, and Korean. Her curatorial practice focuses on decentralized approaches to art, most notably through founding the platform Degital (@degitalarts), which explores translocality and autonomy in relation to digital technologies and alternative artistic forms. She is also a co-organizer of Forking Room (@forkingroom) in Seoul, an annual festival and collective looking at phenomena at the intersections of art, technology, and society. She holds a master’s degree in Media Arts from Tokyo University of the Arts and previously directed Barim, an independent nonprofit art space, for a decade before relocating to New York.
