Dr. William Brady is an assistant professor of Management and Organizations at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He has a courtesy appointment in the Psychology Department, serves as core faculty in the Technology and Social Behavior program, and is a Faculty Associate of the Institute for Policy Research. At Kellogg, he also serves on the advisory board of the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) and as an affiliate of the Center for Enlightened Disagreement.

He studies how human psychology interacts with technologically mediated social contexts to shape morality and emotions. He leverages theory-driven applications of multiple methodologies that include behavioral experiments, big data analytics, and natural language processing. He completed his Ph.D. in social psychology at New York University and worked as a postdoc at Yale University.
